Tracer is a program for analyzing trace files generated by Bayesian MCMC runs (that is, the continuous parameter values sampled from the chain). It can be used to analyze runs of BEAST, MrBayes, LAMARC and other MCMC programs.
Version 1.4
Instructions
To run Tracer, go to the "workshoppers" folder from dock and go to the folder "moleapps". Double click the Tracer v1.4 icon to start the program.
Download versions of Tracer for Macintosh, Windows or as a Java executable.
Tracer is available also as part of the BEAST package. For further information, refer to the Tracer help page.
