Welcome to the Workshop on Molecular Evolution software Web
pages. From here you can access local documentation on any of the
programs listed on the left, which contains a brief description of the program, version
information, instructions for starting the program in the local
computing environment, links to other documentation and other
resources.
In addition to information on specific software, there is also
information available on more general analysis related subjects.
These include the following.
Web pages with further explanations and tutorials for the specific programs covered in the Workshop are displayed in the left panel. The Workshop covers a subset of the major programs utilized in molecular evolutionary and molecular population genetics analyses. The Felsenstein Lab Phylogeny Programs website contains links to many other programs.
